SUPER STELLAR DAY OF OCTOBER 2014
Although there is only really one Super Stellar Day this month, the couple that come before it are pretty stellar and swell too. And it’s even a holiday in Canada and in some states here as well. And, so, this month’s Super and Stellar and oh so fine energies goes to……….
This day celebrates Columbus here in the United States and is also Canadian Thanksgiving too. It will bring ALL of us plenty to be grateful for especially because Venus, the goddess of love and money will be in a lovely sextile with expansive, generous, gift-giving Jupiter. That means that on this day (and the two that precede it you will have tons of opportunities to pamper yourself while possibly even enjoying something luxurious – like a beautiful bath that Feng Shui says will wash your worries down the drain.
This pleasant and pleasing soak is believed to be the ideal antidote to feeling tired or testy, or even worn out, jaded drained or bitter even. And any negativity or fatigue that might be draining your enthusiasm and making you a wet blanket will go away once you make a trip to your local forest for a big of fresh chi and some cheer.
This particular Feng Shui chi enhancing, energy activating and mood lifting bath uses seven different fresh cut florals with that lucky number 7 being associated with hope and miracles, creativity and joy.
Choose seven stems of flowers that really appeal to you and remove any thorns or excess leaves. Fill the tub with water and add two cups of Epsom salts. Float the seven stems for at least twenty minutes before reheating the water. Rub your skin with the stem from each flower as you meditate on your hopes, wishes and dreams.
Once done, dry off with a white towel and put on clean, fresh clothes. One last, don’t clean the tub basin right away but, rather wait at least an hour so your can absorb your fresh and uplifted energies and bloom, baby, bloom.
